“Can I be myself here?” is a question I intuitively sense in the teens that enter my room. In my work, I offer a safe space for teens to show up as they are. We explore together what makes them come alive, how to regulate through challenges, and how to discover their identity and value in a world where they may often receive confusing messages. Often I see teens who believe something is wrong with them - feeling anxious, depressed, insecure, or struggling with perfectionism. As we work together, I get to watch them grow in greater confidence, creativity, and love for themselves.
Some of the techniques I use to address anxiety, OCD, depression, and peer challenges include:

* ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) * Parts work (inspired by Gurdjieff and Internal Family Systems) * Dream Work
* Tapping (TFT - Thought Field Therapy) *
